New York State Police are investigating a house fire in Lewisboro.
The fire happened on Old Shop Road in the hamlet of Cross River. Drone video captured by News 12 shows the damage to the house.
Police say the fire broke out around 1 p.m.
Multiple fire departments rushed in, including some from out of state.
"It's a tragic event here in Lewisboro today and for the family," said Lewisboro Town Supervisor Tony Goncalves.
State police have not confirmed if there are any injuries or deaths.
The cause is under investigation.
